Anyone who knows techno will know Ben Klock. Resident of Berghain for over a decade, Klock is equally renowned for his deep and driving, yet emotive and musical, productions – and his hypnotic 12-hour (or more) marathon sets. His self-run label, Klockworks, is also home to a plethora of quality techno releases by artists such as DVS1 and Etapp Kyle, as well as his own.
Next month he comes to our part of the world; be sure to catch him on one of of these dates:
We hope, one day, he’ll make it to Bangkok. 🙂 In the meantime, though, check out his recent mix for FACT Magazine below – a studio recording showcasing a collection of ‘deeper, dreamy’ tracks, artfully layered together. The mix features pieces by techno peers Ben Sims and Surgeon, and incorporates his own re-edits.
